Vantage Building Control have been appointed by Flagship Housing Group to carry out the Building Control function for the The Lilacs residential development in Suffolk.
New Build Dwellings
This scheme comprises of 69 new residential dwellings, close to the Suffolk coastline. The project comprises of a mixture of terraced, semi-detached and detached dwellings. The dwellings are of timber frame construction which has resulted in our clients programme being met, with the added benefit of superior air test results.
