Vantage Building Control Ltd delivered the Building Control function for this beautiful contemporary, yet sympatric, new build dwelling situated in the Kent countryside.

The project was developed by our returning and valued client, KAPRA Developments Ltd, and contained a number of interesting aspects which included it’s steel frame structure, fire rated glazing, spiral staircase and a large glazed atrium.
